Horsforth Hall Park wins a quality award; Horsforth Harriers raises £850 for ‘Cash for Kids’; and The Grove Scouts help to plant 1,500 bulbs! Friends of Hunger Hills Woods continue to improve the wood for walkers; and Horsforth in Bloom invites more residents to make Horsforth ‘Bloomin’ Marvellous’!

More good news from the area includes Penny Field School winning the People’s Millions (well £50,000!); Opera North opening the Howard Assembly Room with a fantastic celebration programme; and a great offer on web design for our readers and advertisers.
